How To Use

• Heating:
  Place your heat pack in the microwave on high for 2 minutes and then test the temperature. If needed, heat for an additional 15 seconds at a time until the desired warmth is achieved. The heat may be concentrated in the center initially; give it a shake to evenly distribute the warmth.

• Application:
  Apply the heat pack to areas of soreness or aching, allowing the heat to gently penetrate the muscles or sore area. The heat pack typically lasts between 30-45 minutes, depending on the surrounding air temperature.

• Cooling:
  For use as a cold pack, place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. It won't freeze solid due to the lack of water content, making it perfect for reducing inflammation and pain in sprains and strains.
