How To Use

1. Heating Instructions

   • Place your heat pack in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.
   • Test the temperature. If more heat is needed, return it to the microwave for 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
   • Note: The heat may initially feel concentrated in the middle of the pack. Give it a shake, and it will start to feel warmer!

2. Application

   • Place the heat pack on areas of soreness or aching.
   • Allow time for the heat to gently seep into the muscles or affected area.

3. Duration

   • The heat pack will retain warmth for 30-45 minutes, depending on the surrounding air temperature.

4. Using as a Cold Pack

   • Place the heat pack in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until cold.
   • Don’t worry—it won’t freeze, as there’s no water content!
   • For convenience, you can store it in the freezer in a freezer-safe container so it’s always ready.
   • Use it on sprains and strains where cold therapy is needed to reduce inflammation and pain.
