Today, we handcraft small-batch sticky chai blends using real tea and whole spices. No shortcuts. No dusty powders.

A bold sticky chai with a warming kick. Built on the balanced base of Top Shelf, Chilli Chai is layered with Sichuan pepper and chilli flakes for a hit of heat that kicks at the back of the throat with every sip. The warmth does not build as you drink but stays steady right through the cup. It is chilli with balance and flavour, not heat for the sake of heat. Punchy, warming and full of character, it is made for customers who like their chai with a bit more edge.

Ingredients: Chai Spice blend (Ginger, Clove, Date Pieces [Date, Riceflour] Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Rapadura Sugar, Sichuan Peppers, Cardamom, Chilli Flakes, Pink Peppercorn), Maple Syrup, Black Tea, Rice Malt Syrup.
